Ward Heat Treating is a non-captive production facility providing a timely, cost-effective service for aluminum heat treating. Operating 24-hours a day, seven days a week, this facility has a capacity of 750,000 pounds per week.

Two automated roller-hearth solution furnaces, two electric batch furnaces, artificial aging and stress relieving ovens, as well as shot blasters, extend the capabilities for specialty treatments.

Tensile strength testing machine. A twin-screw electromechanical universal material testing machine performs tension and compression testing. This meets industry standards and advances metallurgical testing capabilities while utilizing a closed loop system.
